IMPACT STORY VVSG-partnerschap
Sinds de start van Route 2030 is de VVSG een strategische partner om gemeenten te ondersteunen in hun duurzaamheidsambities. Samen ontwikkelden we publicaties en trainingen gebaseerd op onderzoek, die lokale besturen helpen om de Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) structureel te verankeren in hun meerjarenplannen.
Van inspiratiegidsen tot workshops rond systeemdenken: het partnerschap bouwde aan kennis, tools en draagvlak in Vlaamse steden en gemeenten. Zo maken we duurzaamheid niet enkel beleidsmatig, maar ook praktisch en systemisch verankerd op lokaal niveau.
IMPACT STORY SDGs@SCHOOL
In samenwerking met de Vlaamse Overheid (Departement Omgeving - Milieu op School - MOS) vertaalden we de 17 Sustainable Development Goals naar de leefwereld van scholen. Het resultaat is SDGs@school, een online platform met toegankelijke tools zoals het SDG-kompas, een impactroos en een ideeënbox. Leerkrachten en leerlingen krijgen hiermee houvast om projecten en lessen concreet te koppelen aan duurzaamheid.
De impact: een hele onderwijssector die niet alleen kennismaakt met de SDG’s, maar ze ook toepast in dagelijkse keuzes en initiatieven. Sinds de lancering van de tool op 30 maart 2021 werden reeds 17.942 bezoekers geregistreerd.
IMPACT STORY ecoswitch
Met Ecoswitch ontwikkelde Route 2030 samen met Verso een digitaal platform dat sociale ondernemingen helpt om duurzaamheid structureel te verankeren. De site bundelt thema’s als energie, mobiliteit, biodiversiteit en voeding in praktische tools en formats. Zo krijgen organisaties niet alleen inspiratie, maar ook houvast om hun beleid en werking concreet te verduurzamen.
Het resultaat: duizenden gebruikers per jaar, die dankzij Ecoswitch herhaald terugkeren en duurzaamheid stap voor stap in hun dagelijkse praktijk verankeren.

IMPACT STORY stad mechelen
De Stad Mechelen wilde haar duurzaamheidsbeleid transparanter maken en zichtbaar delen met burgers en stakeholders. Met Route 2030 werd een eerste duurzaamheidsrapport opgesteld, volledig in lijn met de Sustainable Development Goals. We brachten acties en data samen en hielpen doelstellingen en indicatoren te verfijnen tot een coherent duurzaamheidsrapport. Dit rapport werd een referentiepunt voor burgers, partners en beleidsmakers en vormde de basis voor verdere verankering in beleid en strategie.

IMPACT STORY Koninklijke Belgische Voetbalbond (KBVB)
De Koninklijke Belgische Voetbalbond (KBVB) wilde duurzaamheid structureel integreren in haar werking en maatschappelijke rol in de gehele organisatie. Samen gingen we na welke thema’s écht materieel waren: inclusie, gezondheid, mensenrechten en ecologische duurzaamheid. Via workshops en co-creatie werd draagvlak gecreëerd bij clubs, vrijwilligers en beleidsmakers. Het resultaat: een duidelijke strategie waarin duurzaamheid niet naast het voetbal staat, maar er integraal deel van uitmaakt.

We brachten de maatschappelijke rol van de bond in kaart en identificeerden de meest relevante duurzaamheidsthema’s.

Interactieve sessies met clubs, vrijwilligers en partners zorgden voor breed draagvlak en betrokkenheid.

We vertaalden vier prioritaire thema’s naar duidelijke ambities en strategische projecten.

De KBVB werd erkend als Belgische SDG Voice en publiceert sindsdien jaarlijks een duurzaamheidsrapport.

Duurzaamheid werd zichtbaar in beleid, communicatie en reputatie: voetbal als hefboom voor positieve verandering.
IMPACT STORY aquafin
Aquafin wilde duurzaamheid niet langer als losse initiatieven benaderen, maar als duidelijke koers voor de organisatie. Samen startten we met een gerichte verkenning: wat is vandaag materieel, waar liggen risico’s en kansen, en welke data en percepties tellen écht? Via co-creatie brachten we energie en betrokkenheid op gang, zodat keuzes niet top-down maar gedragen tot stand kwamen.

We verzamelden kerncijfers en percepties, structureerden thema’s en scherpten de relevantie per domein.
