Charlier Brabo Group collaborated with Route 2030 on a process that included footprint analysis, materiality analysis, train-the-trainer, and strategic integration. The result: a widely supported sustainability strategy, clear climate goals, and a carbon roadmap developed by employees themselves.

Visit Flanders and the Flanders Convention Bureau wanted to strengthen the events and conference sector's sustainability efforts. Route 2030 facilitated a Train-the-Trainer program and several co-creative sessions that resulted in a widely supported roadmap and strategic focus.

VVSG and Route 2030 have been working together since their inception to support local governments in embedding the SDGs. Through research, publications, and training, we've built knowledge, tools, and support, enabling municipalities to shape their multi-year plans more sustainably and strategically.

Between 2019 and 2022, Route 2030 worked closely with the KBVB (Royal Belgian Football Association) to structurally integrate sustainability. Through research, workshops, co-creation, and strategic guidance, a shared approach was developed around inclusion, health, human rights, and ecological sustainability, anchored in reporting and policy.

Pidpa is working towards sustainable water management. Together with Route 2030, the water company developed an SDG materiality analysis that clarifies priorities, supports strategy, and strengthens reporting. This makes sustainability a strategic compass for both policy and daily operations.

Cartamundi wanted a sustainability report that goes beyond mere reporting. Together with Route 2030, they developed the Good Neighbor Report: a strategic, SDG-based, and storytelling-driven report that connects employees, partners, and communities and provides direction.

What if sustainability weren't just a strategy, but a shared mindset within an organization? For NTT Belgium, this became a reality thanks to the Route 2030 Bootcamp for Sustainable Leadership & ESG Engagement.

The 2030 Agenda and its associated Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) constitute the global framework for sustainable development. In Belgium, the Federal Institute for Sustainable Development (FIDO)—the federal expertise service and commissioner of this research—is responsible for monitoring and following up on SDG integration into federal policy.

In 2024, FIDO launched a comprehensive research project to answer one central question:
Where does Belgium currently stand in terms of the SDGs, and what impact does our policy have on other countries?

Bielebale vzw was looking for a way to more firmly embed sustainability in its operations and communications. Route 2030 delivered a keynote presentation based on the book "The Road to Sustainable Entrepreneurship," guiding participants from insight to an authentic sustainability story. Narrative, inspiring, and immediately applicable.

SDGs@school makes the 17 SDGs accessible to every Flemish school. In collaboration with MOS, Route 2030 developed a platform with user-friendly tools like the SDG compass and the SDG idea box. Thanks to co-creation with organizations and teachers, it helps schools put sustainable thinking and action into practice.

The City of Mechelen wanted to make its sustainability policy transparent and future-oriented. Route 2030 helped develop an SDG report that bundles actions, data, and objectives into a single, clear overview. The result is a report that provides direction and builds trust among citizens, partners, and policymakers.

The VUB wanted to strengthen its sustainability ambitions with internal expertise. Route 2030 developed a Train-the-Trainer program focusing on double materiality analysis, enabling staff to conduct their own analyses and more deeply embed sustainability in education, research, and policy.

Ecoswitch helps social enterprises integrate sustainability not as an additional task, but as a daily habit. Verso developed the platform, and Route 2030 helped shape the content and structure. With thousands of users annually, Ecoswitch demonstrates that accessible sustainability advice truly makes an impact.

Aquafin wanted to establish a clear sustainability course and sought guidance from Route 2030. Through workshops focused on insight, dynamics, and direction, we jointly developed a participatory materiality analysis that provides direction for strategy and CSRD. The process generated energy, engagement, and clear priorities.

Cronos Group's Divirsiti cluster wanted to structurally strengthen sustainability. Route 2030 developed a learning path and tool, and guided the cluster toward the Future Fit label. This path helps companies grow in knowledge, impact, and credibility.

Westtoer aims to evolve towards regenerative tourism: a form of tourism that strengthens nature, culture, and communities. Together with Route 2030, they developed a sustainability strategy, the ImpACT program, and an action compass that provides direction for the sector.

Indaver aims to strategically embed sustainability and report clearly. Since 2021, Route 2030 has supported the sustainability team with annual advice on SDGs, ESG criteria, and stakeholder communication.
